Who we are
You Creatives (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand strategy, positioning and go-to-market consultancy based in Stockholm, Sweden. This policy explains what personal data we collect through youcreatives.se, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), company/organisation (optional), LinkedIn profile URL (optional), the subject and message you write, any file you attach, and how you found us (optional). We also use analytics (Google Analytics 4) and search console tools that collect standard technical data such as pages visited, approximate location and device type.
Why we collect it, and our legal basis
We use the information you submit through the contact form to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to deliver our services — this is based on your consent and, once a project starts, on performance of a contract. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it, based on our legitimate interest, subject to your cookie consent choices (see our Cookie Policy). We use Google Consent Mode: Google Analytics sets cookies only if you accept statistics cookies. If you decline, Google may still receive limited, cookieless signals (such as a page view and basic device information) without any identifier being stored on your device.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. It may be shared with service providers who help us run the site and respond to enquiries (for example, our website hosting provider and email delivery tools), each acting under their own data protection obligations. Messages sent through our contact form are delivered only to You Creatives’ own inboxes (hello@youcreatives.se and support@youcreatives.se).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project data for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver any agreed work, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@youcreatives.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
